Corner Site

The owners had an unused corner of there site in Camberwell of approx 215sq m. We sucessfully obtained a planning permit and the owners successfully sold the finished townhouse

Heritage Site.

A stong heritage area meant this duplex had to appear as two seperate dwellings in character with the area and the second storey recessed. The project is now complete.
